Steve Wang — Partner, Caldwell

Steve Wang is a Partner at Caldwell and works with companies from early-stage startups through public markets on IP monetization strategy, tech transactions, and risk. He’s advised teams across AI, software, hardware, and deep tech, and has seen how strong—or weak—IP decisions early on can shape everything that comes later.
